This is what your day will look like in Playa Flamenca

Imagine this: you start the day with breakfast at Concierto, right on your own street. Then you take a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the padel court for a game. After your game, you can cool off in the swimming pool, which is open all year round. In the afternoon, you’ll wander through the bazaar, where you’ll find so many lovely things at bargain prices that you’ll keep coming back. On Saturdays, there’s also a large market just round the corner. Fancy more shops and outdoor cafés? La Zenia Boulevard is a 15-minute walk away, and Playa Flamenca beach is a 5-minute drive away. In the evening, you don’t have to go far: at the front of the complex, you can be seated in no time at one of the cosy eateries or on the lovely terrace at Pablo’s International Bar. Afterwards, take the lift back to your flat at the quiet rear of the complex, where you can relax in peace.

With two bedrooms, everyone has their own space. The flat is perfect for a couple looking for plenty of space, for two friends seeking some sun together, or for a small family with children. If there are four of you, two can sleep in the double bed and the other two in the single beds, without anyone having to sleep on the sofa. Do you like peace and quiet, but want to be close to the action? Then this is exactly the right place for you: you’ll sleep soundly at the quiet rear, whilst the restaurants and terraces are at the front of the apartment block.

Access to the swimming pool

As a guest, you’ll be given a pass allowing you to use the communal swimming pool, a 3-minute walk from the complex. The pool is open all year round and is in the sun all day long. Whether you fancy a refreshing morning dip or want to round off the day with a few laps.

Good to know

The rental price includes 10 kWh of electricity per day. This is more than enough for normal use. If you use more – for example, by running the air conditioning day and night – the additional consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.

Wintering on the Costa Blanca

Would you like to spend the winter on the Costa Blanca? You’re welcome to stay in our flat in Playa Flamenca/Orihuela Costa for up to 3 consecutive months. The air conditioning in the living room provides lovely cooling on a hot day, and on a chilly winter’s evening it heats the room in no time at all. Thanks to the lift, you can carry your shopping upstairs in no time, without having to lug it up the stairs. On Saturdays, you can pick up fresh fruit and veg at the market just round the corner, and with a washing machine in the flat, you won’t need to bring weeks’ worth of clothes with you. Fancy a day out? Just a 20-minute drive away are the pink salt lakes of Torrevieja, where you can go for a lovely walk and, with a bit of luck, spot some flamingos. And in the evening, you can settle down on the corner sofa with your favourite programme on one of the international channels, or take a seat on the terrace at the front of the complex, whilst your flat awaits you at the quiet rear.
